JeffBuysYourHouse, a Chicago-based home buying company, came to us needing to reshoot their television commercial campaign under challenging constraints. With their original commercial requiring significant revisions, they faced multiple production hurdles that demanded flexible problem-solving and professional project management.
Andrew Burless, their Marketing Specialist at Kendall Partners, coordinated with our team to navigate a complex shoot that involved multiple actors, location logistics, and evolving creative requirements right up to the production day.
Actor Scheduling Constraints - Lead actress ("seller") had limited availability with strict time restrictions
Script Evolution - Additional shots and creative elements being added during pre-production
Multiple Deliverable Formats - Needed 15-second, 30-second, and 60-second commercial versions
Post-Production Precision - Multiple phone number versions required for different marketing channels
We developed a strategic approach that prioritized the most constrained elements first while building flexibility into our production schedule. Our team coordinated closely with Jeff Nydegger and Andrew to ensure every creative vision was captured despite the challenging timeline.
Our solution leveraged detailed pre-production planning, on-set adaptability, and meticulous post-production attention to deliver exactly what the client needed for their multi-platform marketing campaign.
Priority-Based Scheduling - Shot the constrained actress segments first, followed by Jeff's portions
Expanded Creative Capture - Incorporated seller struggle scenes, process explanation shots, and porch goodbye sequence
Collaborative Review Process - Implemented systematic feedback rounds using secure link sharing for client reviews
Multiple Format Delivery - Created complete campaign package with corrected phone numbers across all commercial lengths
